I was inspired this weekend and created this crafty Angry Birds 3D display. You can make your own too by following my steps! Enjoy!

Here are some of the cards and stamping projects I completed in the first half of class last Saturday! 10 projects out of 18 done by 12pm isn’t bad! I was making good time. :) I’ll be taking photos of the rest of the cards soon!

Also, the tin at the lower bottom of the page is made with the Cuttle Bug and Air conditioning duct tape! I had to stop by Home Depot the other day to pick up some… :)

Here are some of the projects I made in class. I’ll be taking better photos of each card later this week. But here’s the sneak peak. :)

I met up with some Twitter friends last Sunday. That morning, I woke up with this great idea. Why not make it an official Tweetup with Twitter badges? So I printed these before I left. And everyone loved them! Maybe too much. lol

And look at that.. a way for me to sneak in some scrapbooking. haha I gave her son a Dodgers outfit, with cap and everything. So in the card, I said “Instead of naming your child after one of us, just promise to make him a Dodgers fan!”

Here are the 11 projects that I was able to finish. I have two to finish up, and didn’t get a chance to do the others!

This is one of my favorites. Very simple and fast to make. I used a pigment ink for the stamp, and pour embossing powder over it. Then used a heating tool to melt the powder. I love watching the powder turn into a shiny gloss!

I spray painted a take out box, and then tried to stamp on it. This was a bit rushed, so it didn’t turn out too well. I tried to fix it with a silver glue stick. ;) I think it’s still cute!

This card was kind of messy! I used a multi-colored stamp pad which ended up all over my fingers. ;) This one took the most time to do.

I love this one. It’s very simple and cute! I really love the grasshopper stamp! The bow was hot glued on.

Isn’t this darling. The moment I saw this, I knew it was a Martha Stewart project! I’ve been wanting to buy it, but now I don’t have to. We had to decorate the cute box with stamps of course. And inside, there’s a stamp that says “Martha made me do it!” (Photo will be added later.)

I love this card! Simple, but so cute. It’s stamping on vellum and cardstock, and then glitter glue around the edges.

Here’s a monochromatic card that I love. Lots of layers of stamps. And a little bit of embossing powder on top.

The background of this card uses the Cuttlebug for the embossing.

Another favorite, and so simple. Lots of the same stamp with red glitter glue.

We spray painted these cards first, and then stamped the flower. Then used a special watercolor product to paint the flower’s petals and leaves.

And my favorite… this uses the Cuttlebug for the background, some very nifty paper for the orchid pot, and small flower petals.

Tools and supplies I used to make this card were: the CuttleBug (green background), Hero Arts orchid stamp, dot stamp, green and pink inks, yard, flower petals, gold glitter glue, and an assortment of cardstocks.

Here’s a small gift that I made for my friend. It’s a white shadow box with a photo of us from her wedding. I used stickers embellish the frame and dried red rose petals to make it a shaker!

This is my latest project. After the holidays, I went to buy a calendar. This one had 17 months in it. I really like how it had a magnet in the back. After I bought my calendar, I measured the date box to see what size it was. Then I cropped my photos in Photoshop to be the same size, and added the date on it. I printed out my photos — about 6 fits on a 4×6, and taped them to the calendar. It’s a nice way to keep track of a year of memories all in one place. :D

I made a scrapbook page for the guests to sign in.

Here’s a wedding frame I made from a photo of the wedding party! I bought a wood frame, and glued pretty paper and ribbons around it. :D Didn’t take me more than 15 minutes. hehe It just takes a photo for me to be inspired. :)

I made simple bridal shower favors. I bought some travel-size lotions and pretty paper. Then wrapped the bottle up in the paper and tie a “thank you” charm with matching ribbon. :D

A guestbook and pen set that I made. I took a cheap store-bought one and wrapped it in a nice fabric.. and viola…! I also wrapped a box in the same fabric to make a gift box.

These were actually my centerpieces. lol In Chinese restaurants.. the centerpieces are usually moved or put on the floor for the food… so I figured, why spend so much money on centerpieces? Just wrap up a nice wine bottle and viola!

Here are the table number tags. Don’t laugh… but I put together those table numbers, and menus the night before my wedding.. ack!

This was an example of my florist’s craftiness.. I love her!!
