Scrapbook Expo 2008

Cards from Rubber Stamping - Fall 2008

Hawaiian Walmart
Be sure to stop the scrapbook section at places like Walmart too! Although the selection is small, you can find a few unique things too. This is at the Honolulu Walmart. I couldn’t resist picking up a Hawaiian scrapbook kit.

Clear Rubber Stamp Sets
While shopping at the Hawaii Costco, I ran across these clear rubber stamp sets for $19.99. That’s not bad at all, considering a small set can run about $10. It must be new item. I had to pick up one set since I wasn’t sure if the mainland sold it or not. Let’s hope it [...]
Paper Island Waikiki Tour
Before I left Hawaii, I had to go to the second location of Paper Island! And like Jared said, there’s a lot more papers here. I had a great time picking out papers and talking to Francis, the store manager at the Waikiki location. Take a look!

Paper Island Interview
I got the opportunity to visit Paper Island in Oahu. And I met Jared, the store manager. I picked up a lot of great 12×12 paper sets while I was there as well. :D

I’m really excited about visiting Paper Island on my next vacation.. which is in a few hours. :D Look at all the great stuff they have that you can’t get anywhere else!
Love Frame
I saw this Love Frame Project in the scrapbook store today and loved it! It’s so simple to make, yet so inspiring and makes me feel happy. I’ll probably work on this project one day with a wedding photo or something.

Every scrapper needs adhesive! So I was very happy to find this deal at Costco today. A 6 pack of Memory Stor Double-sided Adhesives for only $13.99. They range from $3-6 each at most places. Hope you pick some up soon!

BBQ Scrapbooking
I was at my favorite scrapbook store again! Yes, Collective Journey! I bought a few things.. and couldn’t resist taking a photo of this. It’s a July display with bbq grill and stuff. Everything on top of the grill, table, etc. are made of paper, ribbons, and lots of adhesives! ;)
Boy Baby Shower Card
Here’s a cute little card I made for my dear coworker. As you can guess, she’s having a baby boy. ;) I used blue and white cardstock along with Jolee’s Baby Boy stickers.
