How interesting, I ran into this bit of news as I was searching for more crafty/scrapbook sites. The world’s largest scrapbook is 6,338 pages big, and was unveiled recently in Jan. 2007. I first read about it at Scrapbooking Paradise.
What an incredible evening it has been. The joy and inspiration of tonight’s events will continue to be spread throughout the industry and beyond through the help of all of our supporters. We thank everyone involved especially Make-A-Wish Foundation, their Chapters, the Children and their volunteers. We’re so happy to be a part of an organization so great.
Scrapbook Adhesives will honor the work that the Make-A-Wish Foundation does in granting wishes to thousands of children every year with a $50,000 donation. A portion of this gift will be distributed to the chapters who have submitted the most pages. The Nebraska Chapter will be awarded $10,000 for their 1st place submission of 1,835 pages and the Maine Chapter will be awarded $5,000 for their 2nd place submission of 962 pages.
